ENDZONE EVENTS presents Summer's Calling 2025. A brand new outdoor event that aims to bring a lot of fun towards the end of a busy season. On 9th/10th August 2025, we will host a big weekend of summer fun.

This outdoor event has two divisions: Open and Loose Mixed format. Loose Mixed requires teams to field at least two of each gender-matching player per team on the pitch at all times. We expect some teams to play fully mixed at this event. In this instance, the captains of both teams must come to an agreement on whether they will play a 'strict mixed' or 'loose mixed' format - this must be decided prior to the game starting.

The event works on a player fee model - there is NO team fee for this event. Each team must designate a team admin throughout the registration/payment process. The cost of the event is based on three options (see key info section) £50, £35 or £15 per player. To register your team for the event, a deposit of £100 must be paid up front by the team admin. Players are only permitted to play for one team at this event. Spectators are encouraged and are free of charge (daytime only). Please drop us an email for further information.

Camping is available from Friday 8th August, 6pm onward. The event will not start until the following morning, but we understand that this may be helpful for some teams. On site water and toilet facilities will be available. Changing rooms and showers are available from Saturday morning to be used during clubhouse opening hours only, not overnight.

*Early-bird deadline (discounted entry) is applicable to teams that make full payment (all player fees) by this date. Teams must use the special code found on Golden Ticket cards provided in person by an Endzone Affiliate or member of staff. Code can be used against the initial registration stage (deposit) as well as against the full invoice amount.

Cost:

£0 team fee

Player/Non-Player Fees:

£50 (GBP) - Compete with your team, camp and party. 

£35 (GBP) -  Compete with your team, minus the camping and the party.  This option is suitable for U18s providing a guardian is present at all times.

£15 (GBP) - Support from the sidelines, includes camping and the party.

Deposit of £100 to reserve your team's place at the event

Team admin to collect all fees and to make payment by final invoice.
