TRAVEL

There is paid parking available at the venue (£1.70 for 10hrs). The cost of parking is via the PayByPhone app (location code 808365). By train, the nearest station is Chichester - 1.1 miles away (20 mins walk). The number 50 bus takes you directly to the campus from the cathedral.

ACCESS

Park in the circled (yellow) car park and pay via the app. Walk through the campus looking for signs to "The Dome". The nearest shop for food is the Co-op located 5 mins from the venue (orange). The station is to the south and the quickest way to the dome is via the orange route shown.

PITCHES

Layout

The tournament will take place across three pitches. The pitch closest to the entrance is Pitch 1 (where the TD desk is), Pitch 2 in the middle and Pitch 3 at the far end of the Dome.

Sizing

The pitches are regular indoor sized pitches. Please note that the floor is NOT wooden and is not as sprung as some indoor venues. We do NOT recommend laying out.

Spectating

Please keep the space between pitches as clear as possible. There is a spectator area along the length of the dome that we encourage spectators to use.

VENUE/AMENITIES

First Aid

Please report any incident to the TD desk immediately. We are certified to provide basic first aid, alongside the support of centre staff. If the injury is more serious, St Richard's Hospital is next door to the venue which has an A&E department:

Food/Drink

There is no café on site for food/drinks. There is a vending machine in the main building but the closest shop is Co-op, a short walk away (see maps above).

Changing/Toilets

Both are located inside the main building opposite the entrance of the dome. We have access between 9am-5pm. Please note that both the dome and the changing facilities/toilets close at 5pm, please use them before this point. Please be respectful when using the facilities as we will be sharing them with students at the University.

Wi-Fi

There is no available Wi-Fi at the venue.

TOURNAMENT INFO

Games

Each team will play x7 20 minute games across the day. This will consist of 3 pool games followed by a crossover, quarter-final, semi-final and a final.

Schedule

This live schedule will be updated after each game. Please ensure game scores are reported to the TD desk.

Spirit

Please ensure spirit scores are submitted before 3.30pm. This is to ensure the most spirited team can receive their prize before potentially leaving the event based on final game times.

Rules

Tournament specific rules can be found on the schedule of the event. Unless stated otherwise, this event will follow the UKU Indoor Rules.
